How to fish it

Fish the top and edges. About 3 ft on the crown — idle up, do not plane over it.

Also called the 3 Foot Reef. West Copano mid-bay oyster.

Late spring to late fall.

Prop hazard. Idle the last 100 yards. Pole or Power-Pole on the edge — do not plane over the crown. Haynie Cat 23 floats it; the gearcase will not.
